Tried Philipp’n Italian and honestly loved it. The food was comforting, filling, and full of flavor. The pasta tasted rich and homemade, and the rice bowl with grilled meat and egg was perfectly cooked and so satisfying. Portions were generous, prices felt fair, and everything was made with care. It’s the kind of food that makes you feel good after eating. Definitely a local spot worth supporting—will be back for sure.

I visited this spot that had tons of great restaurants to choose from, and I’m so glad I stopped here! The atmosphere was lively and full of great energy, with so many tempting options around. I decided to try the pasta and a sandwich both were absolutely delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked and full of rich, comforting flavor, while the sandwich was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly balanced. You can really tell the ingredients were high quality and made with care. Overall, a wonderful dining experience , great food, great vibe, and definitely a place I’d come back to explore more!

This was a long time coming should have been here way long ago. We had the risotto with pork belly awesome combined taste and flavour. We also had the tiramisu awesome. This is worth going in going to the generals game or some other thing at the tribute Center pop in going for anything else pop in awesome people awesome seats and comfortable

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we found the fusion of Italian and Filipino cuisine to be quite refreshing. We ordered the Pork Belly Risotto. The sauce was well-balanced. The rice and pork were salty. It was unique and different. It tasted great and the portion size was just right. We also tried the build your own pasta. Which was a nice option. Sun-dried tomatoes, with spinach and olives in a garlic oil sauce. They threw in some chili’s for us to spice it up. Which we appreciated. Real tasty, well put together and prepared perfectly. Compliments to the chef. Thank you for a great meal. We will be back.

Went to BAOMAMA thought it would be the better filipino spot with a twist to get filipino food. I was wrong. PHILIPP'N ITALIAN IS THE SPOT for filipino food.

I just had to try this Pork Belly Risotto by Phillip'n Italian. They're located inside Oshawa's Market at 70 King. It just sounded so good but the taste was a little confusing. The pork belly was absolutely delicious, with nice caramelized edges giving it a nice texture. The flavour was really good. The risotto, on its own, was good but these two components didn't match very well for me. Maybe I'm too familiar with Asian foods. I think I would have preferred a traditional mushroom risotto. The service was excellent, warm and friendly. I'll be back!
